Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ittihad Medina. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our consultancy services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such amendments. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

2. Services

Ittihad Medina provides consultancy services to assist companies in achieving accreditation in various ISO standards. Our consultancy services include, but are not limited to, conducting gap analyses, providing recommendations, and assisting with the implementation of ISO standards. It is understood that our role is purely advisory, and we do not guarantee certification. All services will be provided in accordance with the highest professional standards and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Our recommendations are based on the information provided by the client, and we are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of that information.

3. Initial Consultancy Fee

The initial consultancy fee is an up-front payment for a set number of consulting hours, which varies depending on the specific ISO standard you are applying for. This fee covers the initial consulting and assessment phase and is not a definitive price for the entire accreditation process. Additional charges may apply for any extra hours or services beyond the initial scope. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Payment of the initial consultancy fee signifies your acceptance of these terms.

4. Implementation of Recommendations

While Ittihad Medina offers detailed action plans and expert advice, it is the client's responsibility to implement our recommendations. Our role is to guide you through the process, but successful accreditation depends on the client’s adherence to our guidance and implementation of necessary changes. Failure to implement our recommendations may result in non-compliance with the relevant ISO standards. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the client's implementation or failure to implement our recommendations.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared with Ittihad Medina during the consultancy process will be treated as confidential. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not disclose any information without your consent, except as required by law. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any data provided to us is stored securely and used only for the purposes of providing consultancy services. Any breach of confidentiality will be addressed promptly and in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our consultancy services are provided to assist in achieving ISO accreditation; however, Ittihad Medina does not guarantee certification. We are not liable for any losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, that may arise from the implementation of our recommendations or the certification process. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the consultancy services provided. This limitation of liability does not apply to any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the consultancy agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be billed for the hours worked up to the date of termination. Any unpaid fees will become immediately due and payable upon termination. Termination does not affect any rights or remedies available to either party under the agreement or at law. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, confidentiality, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If such negotiations do not result in a resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration as agreed by the parties.

9. Changes to Terms

Ittihad Medina reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
